March Meeting 2023 is expected to bring in an audience of 500 students, half of whom typically attend the Grad Fair.
Recruiters registered to attend the March Meeting solely for the Graduate School Fair will be contacted by APS staff regarding meeting registration once you have reserved a table.
Registration for the Graduate School Fair does not include registration for the entire March Meeting event. If you wish to attend scientific sessions at the March Meeting, you will need to register separately.

Recruiters are welcome to begin setting up their tables on Monday, March 6, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PT.
