Cancer is the result of complex interactions of intrinsic and extrinsic cell processes. The microenvironmental conditions of certain complexes and the understanding of the signalling pathways are necessary elements to try to explain the evolution of any type of cancer. As in most cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma requires a multiscale quantitative to interpret intercellular communication mechanisms and cellular microenvironmentinteractions. In this work, we present the effects of a gene regulatory network of pancreatic cells when some genes have a delay actions. Additionally, we couple the cell cycle with the spatial distribution of cells and the transport of growth factors to show that inflammatory processes trigger the adenocarcinoma evolution. Finally, we demonstrated that one oncogene of the family RAS is an important target to develop anti-inflammatory strategies for more aggressive adenocarcinomas.
