Employer registration for the March Meeting Job Expo will be open on December 4. Employers are encouraged to participate regardless of APS membership status.
Recruit job seekers from around the globe to your company, national lab, or institution. March Meeting 2024 is expected to bring in an audience of 10,000+ attendees.
If you are attending the March Meeting solely to service a Job Expo booth, you must register for the March Meeting. Contact the APS Careers Program Manager regarding meeting registration once you have reserved a tabletop.
If you wish to attend scientific sessions at the March Meeting, you will need to register separately.
In-person meeting Job Expo hours
Set up
Set-up must be completed on Monday, March 4 before the opening reception at 6:45 p.m. CT, and you must be stationed at your booth during the reception, from 6:45 p.m. CT - 8:00 p.m. CT.

Job seekers will visit the March Meeting Job Expo in the Exhibit Hall during these convenient times:
- Monday, March 4, 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. CT
- Tuesday, March 5, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT
- Wednesday, March 6, 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT
- Thursday, March 7, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CT

Important dates & deadlines
Please be aware of the following dates and deadlines as you plan to promote your job opportunities at March Meeting:
- February 12: Job seeker registration opens and employers will begin to post job openings on the APS Job Board.
- February 19: Employer registration closes.
- March 4: The Job Expo is live at March Meeting, officially beginning at the Welcome Reception.
- March 15: This is the last day for jobseekers to view jobs, and for employers to accept job applications and do resume searches on the APS Job Board.
