Please Note: For those that need to join APS and register for the APS March Meeting, it must be done as two separate transactions. First, please go to the membership page and join APS so that you can qualify for the member registration rate. Then, click on the registration button for the APS March Meeting and you will be able to get the APS member rate.

If you do not see the correct registration rate based on your member type after doing that, you will need to use the paper registration form, and send it in for the early registration rate.

APS student members may register for the meeting online. If you are not an APS member, join now and then register online to receive discounted student rates. If you do not wish to become an APS member, you must pay non-member rates.

APS Account Information

APS recently changed the system that manages logins, which is required for registration and abstract submission. If you did not set up your account again in the new system after August 1, we recommend that you do so in advance of the registration deadline. Reciprocal Society Member Registration Instructions

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies may register at the Regular APS member rate only. This can be done on-site, online, or via the registration form. If you are a Student Reciprocal Member, you will not see the student rates. You must use the registration form and send proof of your student status via the fax number on the registration form.

For Regular Reciprocal Members: To register online, click "Log In to Register" and then click “Don’t have an account” or “Forgot your password.” Once you are in your account, choose “Edit my Demographics” to select your reciprocal society. Then, register for the meeting.

International Attendees

Request your personalized letter of invitation and apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Photo Release

APS will take photographs and video at the March Meeting. By registering for the March Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo and/or video footage of you in APS related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
